Use of Our Services

Appointment Terms
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules should be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or shortened service.
Payments
SMS Program: BUSINESS NAME Alerts
Program Description
Canine by Design Alerts is our SMS program. By opting in, you may receive appointment reminders, promotional offers, service updates, and customer service messages.
Opt-In Method
You can opt into our SMS program by:
Providing your phone number via our website or online form and checking the SMS opt-in checkbox.
Texting a designated keyword (provided by us) to our shortcode number.
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages related to your interactions with our business.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to our shortcode. After you send “STOP,” we’ll confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through the methods above.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
